The Townhouse complex, which is based on nature and proposes a healthy, peaceful, comfortable, and modern life by increasing interaction with nature, consists of 23 human-scale houses oriented towards the southeast and thus towards a qualified common garden with good sunlight. This type of layout also provides comfort by protecting the garden from the prevailing winds during the cold seasons. The green texture in the communal garden continues with the plants in the private gardens, terraces, and balconies of the houses and seeps into the houses through large windows.

The community center, which is entered through a small and transparent building with a green roof, continues on the basement floor. In this way, these common functions are solved underground without reducing the garden area and without damaging the feeling of naturalness in the garden. It is possible to experience nature better at this scale with human-scale structures. For this reason, human-scale buildings with a maximum of 3 stories were preferred in the design, and high-rise buildings were not wanted to get in the way of nature.

Mass, facade, and roof movements such as different types of houses in the building rows, last floor elevations, balcony and terrace movements, eaves, separating walls, building shifts, and facade projections break the long and repetitive block effect brought by adjacent blocks. 3 types of standard plans create 5 types of facades and customization is achieved by juxtaposing them in different ways. The Townhouse complex has a total of 23 houses, 12 with 2 bedrooms and 11 with 3 bedrooms.

Nature-based materials such as brick facade materials in different colors, wooden decks, and green natural stone pavements support the natural feeling. Traffic in the complex is one-way on the outer perimeter of the buildings. Thus, the central garden is isolated from vehicle traffic, noise, and pollution. Each house has at least one parking garage. For homeowners and guests who need more parking, there is an outdoor parking capacity of 34 cars.
