The design’s main idea is a low-cost hotel made up of modular elements that makes people feel like they are at home and in a natural environment as much as possible. This idea, which is created with the facade mass movements, the roof movements, the use of partially wooden materials, and green pavements, creates a unique identity for the hotel by providing harmony with the hotel logo. The design also sets a standard for other hotel branches planned in various parts of the country.
We have shaped the design in this direction, considering that the entrance of the building and all other common functions are placed in the middle of the building, together with the courtyard, as a more functional, qualified and aesthetic solution. Rooms and common areas placed around a natural common courtyard are brought together with mass, facade and roof movements with a compact but fragmented effect. Hotel consists of 60 suites and 2 types of rooms, type A and type B. There are two variations of type A, king and queen. Since these rooms are the same, the size of the beds in them can be changed according to the need.
The modular facade design consisting of the same facade modules designed with stucco panels, ptac unit grill, stucco foam trim and window for each suite provides cost advantage, ease of construction and speed. Depending on local accessibility and cost conditions, standard stucco production with joints may be preferred instead of stucco panels.
The green pavement used with the plants and trees in the landscape integrates nature with the design and turns the parking lot into a more natural garden. The wooden materials used around the entrance building and the courtyard support the natural landscape and give the users a natural and qualified feel.
