LEGACY PARK CENTER

The building, which is a kind of wellness center that maintains the industrial attitude of its surroundings, surrounds a multifunctional event courtyard. The design, which consists of multi-purpose studios, cafe, management and service units, aims to bring together the idea of healthy living with nature, while it aims to do this with low-cost, easy and fast-build techniques.

We have made a modern industrial design consisting of cheap, efficient, functional, and easy-to-build prefabricated elements that try to establish a strong connection with nature by maintaining the design’s healthy life and food function. The entire building consists of 10’x10′ steel construction system modules. The facade consists of 3 types of prefabricated facade modules with a width of 10′ consisting of metal siding, wood, and glass materials. 10’x10′ Ceiling modules are of two types. The module covering the courtyard consists of wooden sunshades between steel beams. The modules covering the interior are made of steel and metal mesh materials between the steel beams, concealing the installation in the ceiling.

The courtyard is designed as a multifunctional and transformable, expandable, and flexible space. The tiles on its floor provide alignment for the placement of 10’x10′ modulation sales units. The green area between the stone ground and the parking lot allows the courtyard to overflow when necessary.

Wood and brick in the interior and wood and natural stone materials in the landscape try to create a sense of naturalness. Natural fiction in the landscape; infiltrating with materials such as stone, wood and brick, wide transparency and plants, it supports the feeling of natural and healthy living. Thus, a natural and healthy living atmosphere is created.
