In the design consisting of three blocks surrounding a courtyard, block layouts are designed in a U-shape to define a large courtyard. In this way, it is aimed for all blocks to benefit from the landscape from a wider perspective.
The middle block leans against the wide edge of the parcel and is placed parallel to the park outside the parcel. The B blocks perpendicular to it are equal and symmetrically designed.
The monoblock effect is broken by vertical and horizontal movements in the masses, thus bringing them closer to the human scale.
A qualified landscape design suitable for pedestrian use has been targeted, and a water element, landscape islands and a children’s playground have been designed accordingly. In the center of the landscape, a lower courtyard connected to the social facility is formed by steps.
