The design consists of parking areas on the outer periphery of the site and commercial units in the remaining sections. Inter-unit streets have been created to facilitate entry to these commercial units and establish circulation areas.
Entry to the site has been provided from two neighboring roads. Parallel parking options have been introduced within the created streets.
This has resulted in a total parking area for 412 vehicles.
The commercial units, situated towards the southern side, have been set back to define a multi-purpose activity square and relaxation areas in the direction of the main entrance.
The 42 commercial units of various sizes span two floors and collectively provide a total of 131,902 square feet of commercial space.
The commercial units, spanning 2 floors, have been customized with setbacks, projections, overhangs, terraces, and roof variations, aiming to create a sense of a small town.
