These design proposals present a modern industrial aesthetic characterized by clean lines and minimalist elements using industrial materials. The alternatives offer a range of options varying in cost, modification levels, and visual impact.

Alternative 1 serves as a cost-effective and straightforward solution. It preserves the existing brick facade on the first floor while upgrading window frames to black aluminum. The addition of cornices and profile elements creates a simple, clean industrial look. The second floor and roof are finished with metal standing seam cladding, ensuring a balanced and proportional exterior.

Alternative 2 emphasizes a “fragmented mass” effect through multi-colored materials, reflecting Betenbough Homes’ identity as a real estate developer. By trimming roof eaves and merging the roof with the facade, a more impactful and contemporary silhouette is achieved. The sloping entrance roof is replaced with a terrace, featuring prominent signage to highlight the company’s entrance.

Alternative 3 introduces a monumental ground floor effect supported by a veranda arcade design. The remaining masses are wrapped in black metal standing seam cladding, creating a neutral yet sophisticated modern aesthetic. Similar to the second alternative, it features trimmed eaves and a terrace roof over the entrance to strengthen the corporate identity. In all three proposals, the integrated green space adds a natural touch, harmonizing the building with its environment.
