Situated in a central location within the dense urban fabric of Şişli, this hotel project offers a modern architectural narrative built upon principles of urban continuity and visual permeability. While integrating into the existing context of this highly developed district, the project aims to become an "urban icon" distinguished by its unique facade character. The primary motivation of the design is to establish a balanced silhouette against the vertical pressure of surrounding high-rise blocks through a focus on horizontality and volumetric setbacks.

The horizontal-banded facade configuration, the project's most distinctive architectural element, not only determines the visual rhythm but also functions as a sun-shading system to optimize interior comfort. The rational strips observed on the facade merge with softened, curved lines at the building's corners, granting the mass a fluid form. This design language is supported by setbacks at the lower levels and expansive glass openings, strengthening the building's dialogue with the pedestrian scale at ground level and creating a public sense of welcome.

The modular planning on the upper floors provides a flexible accommodation scheme catering to diverse user needs. The setback and large terrace area designed at the roof level promise users a panoramic vantage point in the heart of the city. The choice of natural tones and textural surfaces in the materials brings the project's modern lines together with a timeless aesthetic. Through its mass composition, play of light and shadow, and rational relationship with its surroundings, this hotel project demonstrates a high-quality architectural stance for contemporary urban hospitality.
