The primary motivation of the design is to establish a balanced silhouette against the vertical pressure of surrounding high-rise blocks through a focus on horizontality and volumetric setbacks.

The horizontal-banded facade configuration, the project's most distinctive architectural element, not only determines the visual rhythm but also functions as a sun-shading system to optimize interior comfort. The rational strips observed on the facade merge with softened, curved lines at the building's corners, granting the mass a fluid form.
