SUCASA HOTEL
The core vision of this project is a low-cost hotel composed of modular elements that evoke a sense of home and a strong connection to nature. This identity is reinforced through dynamic facade movements, varied rooflines, and the strategic use of wood and green pavements, all designed to harmonize with the hotel’s branding. Serving as a prototype for future branches, the design centralizes the entrance and common functions around a functional and aesthetic natural courtyard. The building houses 60 suites and two distinct room types (Type A and Type B), arranged in a compact yet fragmented mass that ensures each space feels private yet integrated into the communal garden.
To ensure cost-efficiency and construction speed, the project utilizes a modular facade system consisting of standardized panels, window units, and functional grills for every suite. This modularity allows for adaptability based on local material accessibility while maintaining a consistent architectural quality. The landscape design incorporates green paving and lush vegetation, transforming the parking area into a natural extension of the garden. By blending wooden accents near the entrance with an open courtyard, the design provides a high-quality, serene atmosphere that redefines the budget hotel experience as a natural sanctuary.
