Rising within the dynamic urban fabric of Sancaktepe, Istanbul, this project addresses its mixed-use program through a rational mass composition. The primary motivation of the design is to integrate the ground-floor commercial units with the residential life above through a seamless architectural language, defining a new social focal point for the district. With its modern silhouette and inviting dialogue with its surroundings, the building offers a high-quality response to contemporary metropolitan living.

The architectural language is built upon a balanced rhythm of vertical and horizontal lines on the facade. The transparent storefronts and expansive eaves at ground level strengthen the visual and physical connection with the street, creating a vibrant urban interface. The residential blocks on the upper floors promise spacious living environments with large window openings and balconies. The hipped roof form preferred for the structure grants the project a characteristic identity while reinforcing its harmony with the urban skyline.

In the site layout, pedestrian and vehicle circulation are solved with a meticulous balance, while high-quality green spaces and seating corners are designed for residents within the plot. The landscaping surrounding the architectural mass softens the structure's textures, providing an airy atmosphere. Through its aesthetic simplicity, functional richness, and urban integration, this project presents a sustainable and high-quality living vision in Sancaktepe.
