LEGACY PARK CENTER

Designed as a wellness center that embraces the industrial character of its surroundings, this project is centered around a multifunctional event courtyard. Comprising multi-purpose studios, a cafe, and administrative units, the design integrates healthy living with nature through low-cost, efficient, and rapid construction techniques. The entire structure is based on a 10’x10’ steel modular system, featuring three types of prefabricated facade panels made of metal siding, wood, and glass. This modular approach extends to the ceilings, where metal mesh conceals technical installations in the interior, while wooden sunshades between steel beams cover the courtyard to enhance the architectural atmosphere.

The courtyard serves as a transformable and flexible hub, with floor tiling designed to align with 10’x10’ modular sales units. A strategic green buffer between the stone pavement and the parking area allows the courtyard functions to expand outdoors when necessary. Inside, the use of wood and brick, complemented by natural stone and lush vegetation in the landscape, fosters a sense of organic warmth. By merging industrial prefabricated elements with wide transparencies and infiltrating greenery, the project creates a natural and healthy living environment that is both functional and serene.
